Updated: 8/21/21

The following is our current policy and guideline on Covid in relation to the event as of 8/21/2021. It will be updated, as needed, leading up to the event in late September 2021.

UPON ARRIVAL: All participants entering the SNRG event will be required to submit to a temperature check at the gate. If your temperature exceeds 100 degrees you will not be able to enter. (We do realize being overheated can give a false reading- since the temperature will be cooler in late September we don’t anticipate this being a problem)

GENERAL EVENT GUIDELINES: SNRG is asking all participants to wear masks in close quarters per CDC guidelines.

SNRG is providing hand sanitizing stations throughout the event and is encouraging all participants to disinfect their hands as often as possible. If you see an event sanitizing station in need of servicing please report it to a SNRG Ranger or staff member ASAP.

SNRG is monitoring Covid cases in Clark County and following all state and county guidelines.

SNRG is encouraging all participants who are not vaccinated to get a free Covid test pre-event and use the results to be responsible to the community. SNRG encourages all participants to get vaccinated.

THEME CAMP REQUIREMENTS: Please plan to supply at least 2 pump bottles of hand sanitizer at your camp. If you wish to set up a hand wash station, it would be appreciated, but not required.

IN THE TOWN OF BEATTY: SNRG encourages all participants to mind the state mandate and to mask up and sanitize before entering any establishment in Beatty. Beatty locals are happy to have us. Please participate in keeping them safe.

OUR PROMISE: SNRG will recognize your ticket for the next event in case of a statewide restriction that prevents us from having this event.
